Exacta 200 Series Digital System
Designed for stringent lab requirements, the EX200 Series operates with A, Micro A, D, Micro D, IRHD, IRHD-Soft and IRHD-Micro measuring heads. These modular systems allow you to configure the system that is ideal for your testing applications. Select the appropriate test head to mount to the digital testing frame. Dozens of functions can be controlled through the digital electronics such as automatic averaging of test results of any group size, tolerances, control limits, and time-at-load. The system’s RS232 output lets you print reports on data with tolerances, time and date; X-Bar and R charts, histograms showing your hardness/time curve, etc. Meets ASTM D 2240.

Exacta 200G Series Gel Cap Tester
The EX200G Series is an application-specific version of our popular EX200 Series production durometer. The EX200G is designed for gel cap hardness testing. Loads of 1N, 10N or 20N are applied to the gel cap using a 10mm presser foot to determine the hardness characteristics of the gel cap. A motorized elevating stage and application-specific firmware for gel cap testing are included.

Exacta 300 Series Digital System
Designed for production applications, the EX300 Series shares the same digital electronics as the 200 Series except with a digital A and D scale durometer. The system allows multiple test files to be created with separate scales and tolerance settings so results and their histories can be checked/verified/validated. Meets ASTM D 2240.

HP High Accuracy Handheld Durometers
The HP Series analog durometers feature a calibrated spring that generates a known preload on the indenter. Hardness is determined based on the depth of penetration into the specimen under test.
